Project Management Mentors (PMM) Tip Of The Day.
How are your facilitation skills?
Project Managers need to be skilled at facilitation. There, I said it! “High-tech, electronic tools/techniques” are not always the best way to elicit/solicit/analyze information with your team. Rather, using low-tech/high-visibility tools (e.g. flipcharts, dry erase boards, post-its, context diagrams, flowcharts, etc.), can yield better information, and provide better team buy-in.
